Water Damage

This picture shows a commercial hallway that sustained water damage from a sink over flow.  The water actually migrated into the hallway from a sink into the adjoining offices too. Due to the carpet being glued down SERVPRO of Brandywine/Wilmington was able to extract, treat with an anti-microbial product and dry in place all the affected carpets. SERVPRO was also able to save all the walls and baseboards.  We completed this within a three day period and the business was up and running.  The after photo shows what the hallway looked like when SERVPRO of Brandywine/Wilmington was done drying the affected areas.
