When SERVPRO of Brandywine / Wilmington performs water damage restoration we monitor and document atmospheric conditions and moisture content. We do this electronically via ipads and desktop. The ipads & desktop applications communicate with one another live time. We evaluate and understand if evaporation and the dehumidification process is accelerating the atmospheric drying process. We, at a minimum, for readings include:
1. Outside
a. Temperature
b. Relative Humidity (RH)
c. Humidity Ratio (gpp)
2. Inside (affected area)
