Cleaning of the Common Areas

Here is a stairwell in an apartment complex of Wilmington, DE that has years of dirt and damage. Dirt works into the carpet fibers as people walk within the common areas and the stairwells and accumulates over time. Stair cases can be difficult and time consuming to clean but with the help of SERVPRO it was no problem at all!  The carpet looks almost new.  The smelled great and looked awesome.  It makes the people living there happy and feel good about where they are.  Carpets in heavily traffic areas should be cleaned at a minimum quarterly.  Some places have us do this monthly.
